AboutJumyoung Lee is a designer and curator based in Seoul and New York, focusing on brand identity and type design.
He earned his bachelor's degree in graphic design from Virginia Commonwealth University. After graduating he started his career at DoThings NYC as an intern then held the position of a full-time designer at Double D, a brand consultancy in South Korea.
At Double D, he has taken a pivotal role and participated in crafting brand strategies, identities, and packaging for a diverse range of corporations and organizations, including Samsung, Kia, Hyundai Mobis, Dongkook Pharmaceutical, Kumho Tire, and Ewha Womans University.
His approach to work involves adapting to technological and societal progress while staying grounded in timeless principles. These principles include understanding the essence and context of his work and striving to create sustainable values that endure amidst changing times.
